Clinical Report

 

Stase Keperawatan Gadar yang kami jalani dimulai pada tanggal 17 Mei 2021 s/d 5 Juni 2021 berlangsung secara hybrid, dengan kombinasi antara daring (1 minggu) dan luring (2 minggu). Selama 2 minggu kegiatan profesi luring kami mahasiswa profesi ners kelompok F melakukan praktek klinis di RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemberin orientasi dari bagian koordinator diklat RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito. Selanjutya CI ruangan ICU dan IGD memberikan orientasi kepada kami sebelum memulai kegiatan profesi.

Selama proses praktek profesi ners begitu banyak ilmu dan ketrampilan terkait keperawatan gadar yang kami peroleh, semua itu tidak lepas dari peran serta CI dan perawat-perawat ruangan yang mebagikan ilmu kepada kami. Asuhan keperawatan yang saya lakukan merupakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan masalah Kolik Renal e.c ISK, Acute Decompensated Heart Failure (ADHF) Forrester II, Hematocezia, Anemia e.c Blood Loss, Kejang Demam Sederhana, Syok Hipovolemia dd. Sepsis, dan Dyspneu e.c PPOK. Diagnosa keperawatan yang digunakan mengacu pada NANDA, rencana keperawatan yang diimplementasikan menggunakan Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC).

Menjalani profesi ners selama pandemi menjadi stresor tersendiri bagi kami, tetapi kami mengikuti protokol dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid 19 dari pihak RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito. Akhir kata kami ingin mengucapkan terimakasih pada CI IGD Ibu Desiana,S.Kep.,Ners, CI ICU Ibu Pri H. Herawati,S.Kep.,Ns, dan dosen pembimbing akademik kami Bpk.Sofyan Indrayana, S.Kep.,Ns., MS atas bimbingan, pengertian dan kesabaran beliau selama proses berjalannya stase keperawatan Gawat Darurat.

Clinical Report

 

The Emergency Nursing Stage that we run starts on 17 May 2021 to 5 June 2021 in a hybrid manner, with a combination of online (1 week) and offline (2 weeks). During 2 weeks of our offline professional activities, our group F nurse professional students did clinical practice at RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito. The activity began with giving an orientation from the RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito training coordinator. Furthermore, the Clinical Instructure (CI) of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Departement (ED) rooms gave us an orientation before starting professional activities.

During the process of practicing the professional nurse, we gained a lot of knowledge and skills related to emergency nursing, all of which could not be separated from the participation of CI and room nurses who shared their knowledge with us. The nursing care I do for patients with Renal Colic problems et causa Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), Acute Decompensated Heart Failure (ADHF) Forrester II, Hematochezia, Anemia et causa Blood Loss, Simple Fever Seizures, Hypovolemic Shock dd. Sepsis, and Dyspneu et causa Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The nursing diagnosis used refers to NANDA, a nursing plan that is implemented using the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC).

Carrying out the professional nurse during the pandemic was a stressor for us, but we followed the protocol in an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 from the RSPAU dr.S.Hardjolukito. Finally, we would like to thank CI of ED Mrs. Desiana, S.Kep.,Ners, CI of ICU Mrs. Pri H. Herawati,S.Kep.,Ns, and our academic supervisor Mr.Sofyan Indrayana, S.Kep.,Ns.,MS for his guidance, understanding and patience during the process of the Emergency Nursing Stage.
